Nana+ subscription terms

Updated: September 14, 2026

Nana+ is a subscription that includes the Nana assistant and a shared diary for two parents for as long as it runs. Here is what you agree to when you buy it.

Seller: Ilia Popov.

What's included

Nana answers questions about your baby by voice and text: formula, growth and weight gain, the daily rhythm, clothing sizes — and your own entries too. She also writes to the diary when you ask. She answers everything but the medical: diagnoses, treatment and medicines stay with the doctor. While the subscription is active, a second parent can use the diary too — the same as with the one-time Family+ purchase, but only for the length of the subscription.

Price and billing

$4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. In the iPhone app the charge goes through your Apple ID; on the website payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which issues the receipt and adds tax by the buyer's country. It renews automatically for the same term until you cancel. Cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the next one gets charged too. Deleting your account in the app doesn't cancel the subscription: your Apple ID keeps charging it until you cancel it yourself in your Apple ID settings. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled via “Manage subscription” in the app or from the receipt email; deleting the account doesn't cancel it either.

Free week

The first week is free, once per account, and no card is required. This is our own trial, not one built into the App Store: it doesn't create a subscription with Apple, so nothing gets charged once it ends. When the week is over, Nana doesn't go silent: a free level remains, where a question can be asked now and then. Where Family+ is connected for free, on Android and the web, there are a few more such questions a month, but still not many. The full amount comes back only with a subscription. If you've already used the trial before, it isn't offered again on a repeat purchase.

How much the assistant can be used

We don't promise unlimited use of the assistant: how many questions it can answer depends on how busy the service is, and we may limit that to keep Nana available to every subscriber. That never means switching off your subscription — only how much the assistant handles in a given stretch of time. The shared diary and the second parent's access aren't affected by this: they keep working for as long as the subscription runs. You can cancel the subscription any time, no explanation needed.

Refunds

The refund rules live on a separate page: purchases on the website are handled by Paddle, purchases in the App Store by Apple.
